While In Hawaii, Visit City Hall

Who could not forget the circus theatrics that consumed the 2000 election (George Bush Vs. Al Gore), when Democrats raged and demanded recounts of hanging chads, tadpoles, and mystery punch holes In Florida. The entire presidential election was held up, as "Geriatric-Nation" senior citizens flooded the airwaves to demand more Geritol, Depends diapers, and a re-count (Basically, Retired Liberal New Yorkers). With so many, so close to the "Next Life", I could not imagine such an outcry from the social security crowd. But then again it made sense; given the wide-spread scare tactics that Republicans will take away their government assistance. Either way, people had a right to demand a fair election; for the sake of Democracy, the institution, and for the people. So while the Democrats had "Their Panties In A Bunch", who could argue with it? I didn't, I am a man of principle, so yes, let's make sure the election result s were correct.

But now we are faced with another constitutional question (Article II. - The Executive Branch / Section 1 - The President / No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.), which not surprisingly, is not receiving the same equitable treatment. We are faced with a candidate that may not even be a natural born citizen, nor has he provided real proof to verify it - other than a "Photo Shop" digital copy on his website. I mean, it can not be that hard to walk into your local city hall and start the process. With all that community organizing, I am sure Barack understands tele-marketing, and has the ability to make a few calls. During the election, the First Southern Baptist Church Of Buena Park pastor (Wiley Drake) started a lawsuit to keep Presidential-Elect Barack Obama from taking office. The lawsuit claims Obama has not provided sufficient proof he is a U.S. citizen, and asks that Secretary of State Debra Bowen not certify California’s election results until he provides more concrete evidence. Wiley Drake, pastor of the First Southern Baptist Church of Buena Park, is named as a plaintiff, as is Alan Keyes. Drake ran for vice president on the American Independent ticket with Keyes, who got the presidential nod. “We want the truth,” Drake said. “If Barack Obama can prove he’s a natural born citizen, we’ll go away. If not, we won’t go away.” Drake said he and his attorneys have an audiotape of Obama’s grandmother describing how she witnessed his birth in Kenya. “We have what we think is pretty strong evidence that Barack Obama is not natural born,” Drake said. Obama’s birth certificate says he was born in Honolulu, but the lawsuit claims that is insufficient because the certificate does not list a doctor or a hospital. The courts continued to suppress this case, and of course the media stayed clear of any investigative reporting. Why would they, since the vast majority were endorsing Barack Obama.

Digging into this issue further, there were several sources that reported various aspects of Barack's origin of birth, and of course the truth is left up to the "Consumer" to digest and research the validity. The following are some of the transcripts that have surfaced throughout the campaign: Barack Obama Jr. is born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961, to Stanley Ann Dunham; Dunham was not legally married to Obama’s father, Barack Obama Sr., an African Muslim, who was at that time still married to a woman in Kenya named Kezia, with whom he had two children. Although the later divorce of Obama, Sr. and Ann Dunham in 1964 suggested they had been married on February 2, 1961, there are no records or witnesses to indicate a marriage, and Michelle Obama has said in an interview that Ann Dunham was “very young and very single when she had him (Barack).” Ann Dunham had met Barack Obama Sr. when both were studying the Russian language at the University of Hawaii. In 1962-1963, Obama’s parents separate; his father leaves Hawaii to attend Harvard and then return to Kenya. He does not see his son Barack Jr. again until 1971. The 1961 birth certificate posted on the Internet by the Obama campaign is alleged to be a forgery, based on differences of his sister’s birth certificate. Obama’s legitimate birth certificate possibly does not list a father. (At that time, the custom was to omit the father’s name when the father and mother were not married). There has been some speculation that Obama was born in Kenya and brought to Hawaii as an infant. Although Obama’s campaign has given the names of two different Hawaiian hospitals where he was supposed to have been born (Kapiolani Women’s Center and Queens Medical Center, both in Honolulu), that may be due to campaign staff error, and not deceit. Still, no one has been able to confirm the birth from either hospital’s records. There is apparently a register of the birth in the public records office, dated one week after the birth, but it does not list a place of birth. (A register of birth is not the same as a birth certificate.)

So, there will be rumors, and more rumors, facts versus fiction; but as a Presidential hopeful, would you not want to vindicate yourself. And forgot Barack's "Certificate-Dodging", In a November 2004 interview with the Rainbow Newsletter, Maya told reporters her half-brother Sen. Barack Obama was born on Aug. 4, 1961, at Queens Medical Center in Honolulu; then in February 2008, Maya told reporters for the Honolulu Star-Bulletin that Obama was born at the Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children. Now sure, it was such a long time ago, but given the nature of the alleged violation of the Constitution that is upon his family, you would think she might have brushed up on some basic family facts. But forget amnesia, there is a alleged coordinated effort to purposely suppress this issue. I even received an e-mail from a woman who called her local DNC to demand verification of Barack's citizenship, and this is what she encountered:

"I called the DNC to get the direct number for Barack Husein Obama and the staff member that answered gave me 2 false numbers - I just asked quite politely for his office numbers, because on Obama's website he lists NO NUMBERS and when you go to the site it immediately asks for a DONATION. So I decided to research his contact information for myself and finally reached a designated office. I was able to speak to a Barack spokesperson, but as usual I had to repeat myself several times. So after several attempts, I finally said, "Ma'am please stop talking over me and answer my question - was OBAMA born in Indonesia or Hawaii? She stated Hawaii (As She Chuckled) - I said, "no way, the facts reflect that he was born in Indonesia". And she kept stating, "Well he has a passport and Social Security number. To which I countered, "SO WHAT? We have 2 million ILLEGALS in this country who have the same". I told her I have my birth certificate readily available for public view - why does he not just come out and produce "his"........... Answer: "Uh Uh Uh - it's on his website"..... Well, I've seen the so-called Birth Certificate of Obama and it's ridiculous - I'm 41 and he's 45 (?) and mine is in perfect condition and the one on his web is so messed up and phony looking it's sickening. Okay - so while this issue might seem petty, why does he not come out with PROOF? AFTER ALL - HE ADMITTED TO COCAINE USE AND HAD NO QUALMS ABOUT WRITING HIS IDEOLOGIES AND REFLECTIONS IN TWO CONTROVERSIAL BOOKS- what would be the big deal to just disclose a simple document? The women, after a sense of complete frustration (And apparently ran out of excuses from her sales 101 manual), hung up on me.

This type of response should not come of a surprise; as I am sure there are many Americans across the country that faced a similar experience. What is the big deal, why is this so difficult, and why is Barack dodging the issue? This should be a non-partisan issue; which is protecting our country's executive leadership and our government's "Constitution. Now, of course Democrats are not going to run to the side of Barack's adversaries, since he is their guy. There is no surprise there. But after listening to Al Frankin, "Bitch And Moan" about the potential voter fraud during the 2008 election, you have to, at least, give this issue merit. Sure, mysteriously a birth certificate appeared on the his website (Not a public address, but a photo on the Internet). Come on; with the variety of photo imaging tools available, it is hard to verify the validity of the document, which has been proven to be tampered with in some form. And then there is the passport, which illegal citizens acquire all the time without an accurate birth certificate. So, how about the actual paper document? Barack ordered an inquiry into the release of three passport documents during the 2008 election, but will not officially address his origin of birth to dismiss false rumors that could jeopardize his office. Well we all know, that will never happen. So, in the meantime, until Barack cares to address this, I urge every American to stand up and demand the same proof. I can understand with all the election celebration and unbridled enthusiasm; that the citizens of this great land have chosen to ignore this issue. But we can not, and I for one, do not want to "swear in" an "illegal" president as Commander In Chief (If that is the case). So while Barack was vacationing in Hawaii while Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid shut down congress to avoid an up or down vote of the "American Energy Act" introduced by Republicans, he should have picked up his birth certificate. Or after the election, when he needed a well-deserved vacation (Again in Hawaii), he should have picked it up. And again, and again when Barack decides to visit Hawaii; "CAN THE GUY PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE JUST PICK IT UP (The Real One That Is)!" That may prove more than his citizenship, but that he actually cares about the integrity of the office and the country he is about to serve. But then again I am a cynic; I doubt it.
